Shipping policy

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

At this time, Go by Go Silk can only offer ground shipping to the continental US.

For orders placed before 12pm, we generally ship same day. For orders received after 12pm, we will ship the next business day. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. All orders placed after 12pm on Friday and during the weekend will not ship until the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

Limited international shipping is currently available through our checkout to Australia. We are currently working to expand our International shipping options. In the meantime, should you like to place an order from outside the United States and Australia, please contact our customer service at customercare@gobygosilk.com

Customers are responsible for duties and taxes for all International Orders. At this time, those fees are calculated by the shipping provider upon arrival at destination.
