Refund policy

Returns

At this time we cannot accept returns or exchanges for International orders.

For domestic orders: We hope every purchase you receive is love at first sight and fits you perfectly, but if that is not the case, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return the item. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached.

For Returns within 30 days, please email customercare@gobygosilk.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). Please include your name, order number, and reason for return. You will receive a RMA# and instructions on where to mail your return within 1-2 days.

Returns should be mailed to:

Returns that do not include an RMA# and do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be returned back to sender.

After we receive your return, we will automatically refund your purchase amount in the original form of payment. We will send an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed. Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your return, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. If your refund is a store credit, it will be available as soon as your return is received.

Please note, that we don’t accept returns of go> by Go Silk items purchased from other retailers. Please contact the store where you made your purchase directly for information on their return policy.

Final Sale Items may not be returned. Archive Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

 

Exchanges

If you need to make an exchange for a different size or color, we recommend contacting us at customercare@gobygosilk.com to obtain a free shipping label via email and to let us know what item you will be exchanging it for so we can place it on hold for you until we receive your return.

Shipping is complimentary for exchanges on all orders except items from our "Archive Sale".  Archive Sale items can be exchanged, but at your cost. Please note that complimentary shipping on exchanges are only permitted once per order.
