Returning or exchanging an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home. We hope they fit perfectly and you love them, but if you need to send them back, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with garment tags still attached.
For Returns received within 30 days, please email customercare@gobygosilk to request a Return Authorization (RMA). Please include your name, order number, and reason for return. You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on where to mail your return within 1-2 days.

Returns that do not include an RMA# and do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be returned back to sender.
After we receive your return, we will automatically refund your purchase amount in the original form of payment. We will send an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed. Please allow up to 10 days after we receive your return, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund. If your refund is a store credit, it will be available as soon as your return is received.
Please note, that we don’t accept returns of go> by Go Silk items purchased from other retailers. Please contact the store where you made your purchase directly for information on their return policy.
Final Sale Items may not be returned.
If you need to make an exchange for a different size or color, we recommend contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a free shipping label via email and to let us know what item you will be exchanging it for so we can place it on hold for you until we receive your return.
Shipping is complimentary on exchanges, however if you are based outside of the United States you will need to pay any taxes and duties. Please note that complimentary shipping on exchanges are only permitted once per order.
